Suburban Sleep specializes in the evaluation and management of sleep disorders in both adults and children. We are a team of over 25 healthcare professionals who treat a variety of sleep problems including insomnia, snoring, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, sleep terrors and nightmares, and narcolepsy. We use both standard and holistic treatment techniques, and each management plan is tailored to the individual’s needs and preferences.

Dr. Jonathan Warren, M.D.
Dr. Warren is Board Certified Sleep Doctor in Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His practice is currently limited to sleep disorders, with Illinois office locations in Rolling Meadows and Joliet. Dr. Warren graduated from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in 1981. He completed his internal medicine residency training at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital, with post-graduate training in critical care medicine at the University of Pittsburgh, and in sleep medicine at the Stanford School of Sleep Medicine. He has active licenses in Illinois and California.

Martha A. Curtin, MSPA, PA-C
Martha was born in the south suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, and attended college at Eastern Illinois University. She graduated in 2010, and in 2017 received her degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Physician Assistant program. She started her career as a PA hospitalist providing inpatient care, and then transferred her focus to Sleep Medicine. Martha has cultivated a deep love for her field. With years of experience, she finds sleep medicine an incredibly rewarding discipline, focusing on an array of conditions such as Narcolepsy, Idiopathic Hypersomnia, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Central Sleep Apnea, Insomnia, and Restless Leg Syndrome.
Martha has a passion for sleep medicine. She loves being able to serve the community that she was raised in. She is committed to helping patients who have previously struggled with CPAP therapy, helping them improve their compliance or offering alternative approaches such as oral appliance therapy, Inspire treatment, and behavioral interventions like Brief Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. She likes to work with patients to help manage insomnia effectively, often avoiding reliance on sleep medications. Her compassionate approach and dedication to improving patient quality of life makes her a respected and impactful practitioner in the field of sleep medicine.
Martha serves on advisory boards for medications targeting Narcolepsy and Idiopathic Hypersomnia, contributing her expertise to improve patient outcomes. She has lectured on the topic of sleep apnea, a problem that is often neglected in medical, nursing, and PA training programs. Outside of her professional endeavors, Martha enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, engaging in outdoor activities like hiking, running, and biking.
